Cake & Cupcake flavours

Our custom cakes are typically 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling, unless otherwise stated.

You may select one flavour per cake tier.

Custom cakes are usually finished in our Swiss Meringue Buttercream (contains pasteurized eggs). However, the flavour of the cake will NOT affect the design of your cake!

Cupcakes are sold by the dozen, with two flavours per dozen.

Customized cupcakes may be limited to only Vanilla Frosting. Please inquire to find out!

Vanilla – Vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream or frosting**

Double Chocolate– Chocolate cake filled with chocolate frosting or chocolate buttercream**

Sprinkle City– Vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles baked throughout with vanilla frosting**

Cookies & Cream– Chocolate cake with Oreo frosting**

Coffee– Chocolate cake with coffee buttercream**

Red Velvet – filled with cream cheese frosting

Lemon Coconut– Lemon cake filled with coconut frosting**

Lemon Raspberry– Lemon cake baked with raspberries, filled with raspberry frosting

Super Lemon– Lemon cake filled with lemon frosting** and a layer of lemon curd

Chocolate Raspberry– Chocolate cake filled with raspberry frosting

Strawberry Vanilla– Vanilla cake filled with strawberry buttercream

Carrot– Carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting**

Mango Passionfruit– Mango cake filled with Passionfruit buttercream

Chocolate Hazelnut– Chocolate cake filled with Hazelnut buttercream** and hazelnut pieces

Pistachio– Pistachio cake with pistachio frosting** and pistachio pieces

Almond– Almond cake filled with almond frosting** and almond pieces

Strawberry Shortcake– Vanilla cake filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries *may not be suitable for all cakes designs*

Macarons

Our macarons are approximately toonie-sized with an array of flavours available.

Please let us know if you have a colour/theme as we are able to change macaron shell colours.

Macaron coloured shells are sold by the dozen, with two flavours per dozen.

Decoration Add-ons are available at an extra charge.

Assorted Macaron boxes are available per dozen.

Chocolate– filled with chocolate ganache

White Chocolate – filled with white chocolate ganache

White Strawberry/Raspberry Chocolate – filled with white chocolate ganache with a dollop of strawberry/raspberry jam centre

Coffee– Chocolate shell with coffee frosting

Lemon Coconut– filled with coconut frosting, coconut shavings and a dollop of lemon curd centre

Lemon Raspberry– filled with raspberry frosting and a dollop of lemon curd

Super Lemon– filled with lemon frosting and a lemon curd centre

Passionfruit– filled with passionfruit buttercream with a passionfruit curd centre

Chocolate Hazelnut– Chocolate shell filled with hazelnut flavoured chocolate ganache and hazelnuts pieces

Pistachio– filled with pistachio frosting and pistachio pieces

Peanut Butter– Chocolate shells filled with chocolate ganache and a peanut butter centre

eclairs

Mini eclairs are typically 3″-4″ long while regular sized eclairs are typically 5″-6″ long.

Eclairs are sold by the dozen, assorted flavour boxes available.

Vanilla – filled with Vanilla Pastry cream

Chocolate– filled with chocolate pastry cream or frosting

Cookies & Cream– filled with Oreo frosting

Coffee– filled with coffee flavoured chocolate frosting

Lemon Coconut– filled with a coconut frosting with lemon curd

Lemon Raspberry– filled with lemon pastry cream with raspberry jam

Chocolate Raspberry– filled with chocolate pastry cream with raspberry jam

Mango Passionfruit– filled with mango pastry cream and passionfruit puree

Chocolate Hazelnut– filled hazelnut flavoured chocolate pastry cream with hazelnut pieces
