
HOW TO ORDER
DESIGNs
We’re excited to craft new designs or recreate your favorite ones! Pricing depends on your design and size, so please share any pictures or references. This will help us provide you with accurate design options and quotes.
SERVING SIZE
We offer cakes in sizes from 4″ to 14″, including round, square, and custom shapes.
Let us know how many servings you need, and we’ll recommend the appropriate size.
Send us a picture of your desired cake, and we’ll advise on the best size. For serving sizes, please check our other page for suggestions.
FLAVOURS
We offer a wide range of flavours—please visit our other page for the full list. If you have a flavour not listed, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Our custom cakes are usually finished with Swiss Meringue Buttercream (contains pasteurized eggs), unless specified otherwise. For cakes, you can choose one flavor per tier, and the flavor will not affect the design.
Typically, our custom cakes have 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling, unless stated otherwise.
For cupcakes, you can choose up to two flavours per dozen. Note that depending on the design, you might be limited to vanilla frosting—please check with us.
CAKE STAND RENTALS
Cake stands and platters are available for rent, priced between $5 and $15 each, depending on size and material.
A refundable deposit of $50 (for 4 pieces or fewer) or $100 (for 5 pieces or more) will be returned when the items are returned undamaged within 5 days.
Damaged items will forfeit the deposit. Please take photos of the rentals upon receipt to avoid issues with the deposit.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
We offer pickups at two locations: Scarborough (near the 401 and 404) and Oshawa (near the 401 and Simcoe Street S). Pickup is by appointment only from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour scheduling window required.
Delivery charges, based on distance from our nearest location. Delivery is available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a two-hour scheduling window.
For pickups or deliveries outside these hours, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
PAYMENT
To confirm your order, a full prepayment is required at least two weeks before your event. Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation invoice for approval. Orders placed less than two weeks before the event may incur an additional charge.
Cancellations or postponed orders are eligible for a store credit with a minimum of one week’s notice. Unfortunately, orders cannot be refunded if canceled with less than a week’s notice.
